Mannaz is the rune of goals, preparation, and knowledge. The most stimulating undertaking for every human being is to improve each day and advance towards satisfaction and the fullness of being. A balance is the only way to achieve this. Clarity and willingness to change are key to working on the Self. By focusing on the present, and not on accomplishments or results, you can find the true present. It is in this state one can find happiness and grow.
